What the enemy intends for evil, God will use for good.
An outbreak of COVID-19 has caused all of human society to stop their normal routines in a manner that the world has never seen. This shocking unprecedented event has caused a great deal of anxiety in people’s hearts and minds. A persistent state of anxiety continues to plague many all across the globe even though the plague itself has thankfully been decreasing. The definition of plague is to smite, infest, or afflict with or as if with disease, calamity, or natural evil, to cause worry or distress, to hamper, burden, to disturb or annoy persistently.
The shutdown has spared many from being stricken with the virus itself where fear has perpetrated upon people from the extensive repeated reporting of the existence of COVID-19.
The enemy would have believer’s view any anxiety we might experience as a personal failing, a lack of trust. This is not necessarily true since it is normal to have strong reactions following a distressing event, but these feelings should begin to reduce after a few weeks. In a month or so if feelings remain as strong it is advisable to seek professional help. The mental health aftermath needs to be combated quickly terminating any lasting conditions.
Fear is opposed with faith. Build your faith by reading scriptures that begin “fear not”, there are over three hundred! Replace hypothetical life-threatening concerns with the truth of God’s Word. Encourage yourself in the Lord, and take a step of faith by progressively participating in the situation you are currently challenged by. Lean on the Lord for help and seek Him for complete restoration.
Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

The evil that came from the COVID-19 has destroyed and taken precious lives. What the enemy intends for evil, God will use for good.
Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
One of many positive events seen throughout this pandemic is numerous souls drawing near to God. Hallelujah!! Hallelujah!!
