James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you
Making the Right Decision
Decisions in Christ are made in perfect love. The greatest decision we can ever make is in choosing Him. Because of God’s amazing love Christ chose to die for me. This decision has set me free and living the good life has personally been revealed to you and me. In love we make decisions on what is the greater good for our family. For we like Christ must not live unto ourselves. When making a decision it is our responsibility to consider the will of God and those in our life He has blessed us with. Sometimes we do not make decisions a spiritual matter because we are afraid of the plans God has for us. His plans may not be our plans. The good news is His plan is to bless us and through obedience we can be sure blessings will follow. Seek the Lord for your decision and doing so assures His good and perfect plan for your life. Christ teaches us to follow Him in all our ways.

The Lord is able to bring us through any storm we face in life. The way to victory is to keep our eyes fixed upon Him. Peter began to walk on water in the midst of a storm. It is when his eyes left Jesus and he looked at the fierce storm that surrounded him it was then he began to fall. Even though Jesus was right there offering him help he had doubt in His saving power. Victory over the storm was readily available and extended towards him. A miracle was in his reach in spite of the storm’s intensity. The only thing needed was for him to trust in what Christ said. He could have walked on water and reached the other side. If we fall down give yourself grace. Peter fell a few times before he got up and went on to establish the first Church. Peter denied Christ three times before he was able to deny his feelings and walk in the strength and power of Christ.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
